Our first steak burger cooking. As I told you, I grew up in a locker plant in the 50's. I know how fresh raw meat is supposed to smell. I haven't smelled that for at least 6 years. I already know I'm not going to be disappointed!

This is the best cow we have ever gotten. My wife named her Bessy... and she is a tasty bitch... according to my wife...lol

I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin and we always bred black angus... they were always great tasting meat. I haven't tasted that type of meat until the other night when I grilled your rib-eyes. Thank you for doing it right. We tried other "range" "natural" "farm" beef before and they all had a slightly gamey taste and the store bought meat, well it is what it is.  Again I just wanted to Thank you for a great steak and we will be contacting you soon for more GREAT meat.

I just wanted to let you know that we tried the pot roast tonight and it was AMAZING!!!! The stew meat was to die for as well. I already have a list and we are getting orders for friends. That burger is like crack! So very good! You guys do a great job and we appreciate you.
