How to Order Your Beef
 

Methods To Consider When Ordering Your Beef:

  • The traditional method we offer is to order your beef by the 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 or whole. Smaller quantities are also available - request further information if interested. Each 1/4 will yield approximately 120-125 pounds of beef.

​

  • The additional method we offer is to order from one of our specific packages. The packages are smaller in quantity and contain a variety of beef.  This is helpful for those that may not have the freezer space or they're wanting additional beef for a special occasion.  For example, let us help you this holiday season give the gift of beef!

Final Details When Purchasing Your Beef:
 

  • Actual yields and cutting instructions will determine the final amount due.  

​

  • Our delivery area is Northeastern Colorado.

​

  • We also deliver to Chicago, Illinois on an annual basis.

​

  • Deliveries may include a fuel charge, depending on the distance and circumstances.

​

  • We will travel from Colo. Springs to Ft.Collins along I-25 and from Sterling to Golden along I-76.
